Your Information

Your information is used strictly for internal purposes. We collect basic login data (e.g. Name, address, email address, password, company name) when you register with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send order's and order confirmations. We collect delivery and billing information (ie. billing/delivery addresses, phone number). This information is collected at the Checkout page in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem with your order.

Third Parties

We value your privacy and understand that you don't want your name and personal details sold to third parties. Jokingaround.co.uk will not sell, trade or rent in any form your information to a third party. We will only provide your information to a third party when it is necessary for processing your order and facilitating delivery who will also keep your personal details protected.

By using our web site, you consent to the collection and use of this information. Should we decide to change our privacy policy in any way, we will post such changes to this page so that you are aware of the information we collect, our use of it, and the circumstances under which we would disclose it.

Jokingaround  promises to supply the goods you have placed an order for + postage and packing, subject always to availability and credit status

Our website will physically stop you from ordering an out of stock item and offer you alternatives, however in the unlikelyhood that an item ordered is out of stock we will try to obtain it for you.

We will e-mail you with the expected despatch time and allow you the option to proceed with the order, to remove the item from your order and get a refund or to replace it with another item of your choice. Where there is a price difference, you will be charged or allowed (as the case may be) that difference.

Your credit card will be debited at the time of ordering. Despatch is rapid and detailed below.

We will undertake to deliver your purchased goods as quickly as possible. Under normal circumstances, goods should be received in the UK within three working days. If we are unable to fulfill these delivery times, we will contact you to arrange a different delivery date or offer a full refund.

Immediate Dispatch is taken to mean within one working day. All UK orders are dispatched via First Class Royal Mail or by courier if chosen at checkout by the customer.

Most credit card orders received before 2pm Monday -Friday  will be dispatched same day.

You have 7 days during which you can return the goods for any reason. We have a no quibbles return policy and will gladly refund or replace that item

Orders are taken subject to availability of products. If we cannot supply any products ordered for any reason, we will refund any money already paid for those products.
